Mission Statement 

Provide the Director, Operations Division the staff assistance to represent DC PP&O in the DoN PPBS process.

  • Advocate for and influence amphibious lift, ship and landing craft construction and alterations.
  • Exercise staff responsibility for maritime and geographic prepositioning programs.
  • Advocate for and influence the development of improved Naval/Ground Mine Countermeasures and Naval Surface Fire Support capabilities in support of Marine Corps operations.
  • Coordinate policy regarding, programs and structure with appropriate HQMC and OPNAV  agencies and the operating forces.
